It was John's turn for the cold this weekend. Lucky for him, Ruby enjoyed snuggling up and reading to him for quite a while. I wish I had videotaped her reading, she was so serious and used such expression. This book she's holding onto so tightly is a great one we checked out at the library, How to Paint the Portrait of a Bird.
It's a beautiful book, so inspiring.
